"We had many questions about a recent claim and called Nick’s office. Even though the claims process is separate from the local agent offices, Nina spent over an hour on the phone with me answering questions and offering as much help and information as possible. Honestly, this kind of individual attention seems rare these days. Nick and his staff are truly wonderful."

"I've been with the Nick Sage office of State Farm in Henderson for several years since Gieco raised my rates and I started shopping around. State Farm not only had a great rate but the agent was amazing. He asked a bunch of questions and made suggestions of how to make sure I was covered for what I needed but was still maximizing discounts and savings based on my driving needs. Unfortunately he left the industry but the rest of the office that has been helping me since then has not skipped a beat! Most recently Jeanette and Amber have been amazing in answering all of questions about coverage and details of what my policy includes and doesn't include. They even give great advice about what to watch out for when moving and renting vehicles. I luckily have not had to make a claim these years but they answered a bunch of questions that I had about rental cars, moving, and moving vans and trucks from UHaul. I usually email in and get a great email back and a call back to make sure that I got all the info I needed and any advice they have about my situation so that I don't run into problems. Seriously, I'm disappointed to be losing them for my auto and renter's insurance since I'm moving out of state but hope the State Farm office in my new state is somewhat close to the service that I got from this office. I've told multiple people in Vegas and Henderson who have been frustrated with their car insurance about how awesome State Farm is and specifically this Nick Sage office. Always friendly, happy to answer all questions, give advice, and super fast with replying. Thanks so much!"

"During our yearly review of our policies we made some changes. Apparently there was an issue with one of the changes we made. When we called regarding this the agent we dealt with no longer worked there and we were connected to Kalaya. She immediately corrected the error and followed up with us to make sure everything was right. Because of her efficiency we will be using her as our agent."

"I can't speak highly enough of Nick and his team. He's been my agent for over a decade, and I recommend his agency to anyone who doesn't have an agent that they love. Just an example of the service I get from them: called today to cancel a policy on a vehicle we sold, and Kalaya let me know to make sure that I cancelled the registration with DMV prior to cancelling the insurance policy in order to ensure that I didn't get fined by the DMV. Small details, but they matter and she saved me headaches and a potential fine by giving me that piece of advice. This agent, agency, and team are a class act."

"We recently moved to Nevada, it amazes me how much there is to do to change everything over. Insurance was one of the many steps, but Michelle at Nick Sage State Farm Insurance made it easy.
